People who follow my blog #YeahIAmTalkingToYouTwo might know that I am currently on a grow-up-and-save-money-trip. However nobody told me that this is going to be so difficult #SomebodyCouldHaveWarnMe. Quitting smoking in comparison to that must be like a cakewalk #SmokersPleaseDontFeelOffended. Well, you get it, I am having quite a hard time, but thanks God we don't have Sale Season that would have probably killed me.
So I would say I am doing quite good avoiding window shopping and pretending not to check any online stores. However the other day when my friends ask me if I want to join them to stop by at a fashion market "just-to-hang-out" I said yes, because this is what socialiser do #Right. Obviously before entering the market I loudly and proudly announced that I woudnl't buy anything, because I am now a SAVER #ItTookMeAWhileToRememberHowToSpellThisWord and a #Miserable recovered shopaholic. Head high I walked into the market #HighEnoughToAvoidLookingAtAnyProducts but then there was this moment I lost control and #baam, here she was The-bag-I-was-always-looking-for #LikeMyWholeLife. It was love at first sight and before I realised I had passed my visa to the lovely sales person and another #baam and the bag was mine. When we left I had the biggest smile of the night and obviously I was the only one of my friends who had bought something #soundsfamiliar.
I still don't feel guilty about what happened, because I am seriously in love with the bag and every time I look at it I have butterflies in my stomach again #IsThatWrong?
But it is not like I haven't learnt anything from it - besides window shopping and online stores, fashion markets are now as well on my Not-To-Do list.
Have a fab Sunday peeps!
